SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United States, using USPS First Class Package service. Depending on your location, your package will typically arrive within 5-7 days of your order. Orders are typically processed from West Chop Co within 2 business days of the order date, unless otherwise noted on our website or in your order confirmation email. 

REFUNDS & RETURNS

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Here are the details on our Refunds & Return Policy:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date it was purchased from our site.

Your item must be unused & in its original condition. Your item must be in the original packaging

The item you wish to return must have been purchased from our store. If bought elsewhere, please return it to that store.

If the item is being returned within 14 days of purchase, is in its original condition, and was bought from us, we’ll promptly issue a refund.
